For Results Technologies, we developed several systems to help some of our clients meet the challenges of customer service, training and company management, here is a description of some of them.
This was a FLASH- XML traning system, that served as a guide to all agents on the phone, on the several issues related to calls for WELLCARE customer service, as we had over 3400 agents located around the world, this was the only way to train them all at once.

As the need to start traning new incoming classes of agents, I I developed and online intranet, that managed all the new users, their profiles, their training hours, their training courses etc, this was fase one of Results university online…
Then a challenge came over, I was asked to create a system to train several locations around the world at the same time.
Here is a picture of what I came up with ( avaya wanted to charge 1.5 millions for this, I spent a little over $40.000)
With just some ingenuity and the help of lots of remote training cameras, which I borrowed their code and implemented into the intranet I created for all this.
